DJ Star Moulin is a German-born, American-based DJ, songwriter, beat producer, and independent music entrepreneur whose sound reflects the places and cultures that shaped her—from Germany to Duval County, Florida, and Central North Carolina. Known for creating original, genre-fluid music, she moves confidently between Afrobeat and Afropop, Afro house, amapiano, reggae, dub, dancehall, hip-hop, pop, tribal house, and electronic club music. DJ Star Moulin is an original music creator, songwriter, beat producer, and DJ, while her growing catalog demonstrates an artist more interested in building her own musical identity than following a single formula.

Star Moulin’s music balances rhythm, attitude, emotion, and cultural connection. Her debut album, Shining Star, is a 16-track, 50-minute project featuring songs such as “Duvall Lip Gloss,” “904 Pressure,” “Shine Starrr,” “Loyalty Like This,” “Ghost Mode Summer,” “Dangerous Heart,” and “Drum in My Soul.” Created with underground producer and arranger Chris York, formerly known as Angryman of 2GMG, the album introduces a wide-ranging sound rooted in dance-floor energy, Southern confidence, island influence, personal storytelling, and bold self-expression. York is also publicly credited on several DJ Star Moulin releases, including “Star Flame,” “Blueprint,” “Bonnie & Clyde,” “Top of the World,” and “We Working Oribits.”
